Surprise! Found Dali's Melting Clock Sculpture in the open air

Dali’s inspiration for the soft watch

Dali got the idea for the soft watch after seeing a piece of Camembert cheese melting in the sun in a surreal way. These symbols are a metaphysical representation of time devouring itself and everything else.

Dali was born in Figueres, Catalonia, Spain, which is the same state I'm living hehe. A few months ago I went to the Deli's exhibition in Barcelona.
